This problem was a while back, so I'm struggling with poor memory. I vaguely remember it being put to bed by one of our paint techs on here...I've done a search but can't find it. Briefly I was given some by the Zin rep as I was using loads of 123 at that time. I recall using it on a bay windows cill. Went over it with my go to satin, BL Satura.
