Tough Mudder

Saw a lady up the Nature Reserve the other evening who I quite often chat with while walking our dogs. She was talking about fitness and how she had took up running. She said she is in training for a Tough Mudder race. I had never heard of it, so she said look out for this video and it will give you an idea of what is around during the race.

Would you do it or have you even taken part in one?
