Hi guys, I did an exterior 3 years ago with masonry walls and wood panelling squares. The wood was in a right state, hadn't been touched in years and was completely dried out of its natural oils. I recommended the wood to be replaced but they only replaced what was rotting so I gave it an exterior quick drying primer followed by a traditional undercoat and gloss.
