After deciding on using Zinsser Bulls eye 123 Plus for a smoke damaged ceiling ill be doing in a couple of weeks, I decided to get some off eBay. Bargain price for 2 1/2 litres £26 delivered. Great I thought. Until I opened the box. This was delivered by Hermes !!!!! Never again.
