the paper in question is sound and has been put up well. It's fairly new, a couple of years old I reckon. It's in a static caravan, and the place is immaculate really. This is not going to lift when we decorate. It's light/ white in colour, with a vertical embossed pattern on it, which isn't great. Was going to hit it with BM regal flat/ or eggshell, two coats and done. Would this be right, or we you use a primer/ sealer first? If so, what would you use? Other than lining paper, I have never...
