Hi to all. I'm trying to help a builder who has been good to me. His query is too far for me to go so we are doing it by phone descriptions. A client is holding £1 k final payment. Mark,my pal is saying the item in question is smooth rendering on a garage front face.The problem is, the existing render sounds as if is in one of those expensive " special" finishes.
