Cleaning up and removing water stain off an oak frame internal

Got to prep the inside of an oak frame to neaten it up, was left standing for a few month so has a few large water marks, also some plaster.

Think sand blasting isn't an option because of the mess and as its just been plastered

I have a festool rts 400 if that will be any good? not used it yet though!!
