BM High Hiding AP Primer - kitchen ceiling stains?

Has anyone here used @BenjaminMooreUK High Hiding primer with success for the said topic situation i.e. to block out brown condensation stains and/or what could be part grease stains that float around in a kitchen?

Or am I still going for Zinsser Coverstain?
