Looking for advice!
Today I stripped off paper which had obviously had a previous lining paper ...the top paper came off sweet and the lining left was well adhered, seams all seeming faultless too.
Normally I'd strip 'all' off, but the walls are lumpy/bumpy and I thought I'd try to leave as additional help for a better result? I do not have time in this house to re-apply lining paper.
I normally always 'size' before hanging new paper.
My questions:-
Am I right to leave this lining up?...
Papering!
