A mixed blessing from Festool this week. My machine got lost during transit for an under warranty repair. The good news. They replaced it with a new upgraded machine within two days of realising the problem.
So - hats off to them for moving so fast in response to their error. It created some difficulty work wise during the mishap but I think they've surpassed themselves re customer service in this case.
