Currently removing flaky paint on an exterior finding the wood is damp underneath.
I will obviously wait for it to dry out before painting. I wondered if there was anything anyone can recommend in the interim that would stop more water getting in, but let the wood dry out
Slosh a load of wood preserve over it? Owatrol or linseed oil? Preferences?
