Cowboys......sigh !!!!!!!!

I've had two calls in the space of a week from people who have had a so-called "decorator" in who have then proceeded to make a right royal f-up of the job and, quite rightly so, the poor old customer has bitten the bullet and told them to do one.

First one:
Nice, professional-looking van, made all the right noises (h/o's words, not mine) quoted £375 (three days) for labour and materials to paint a (pre-primed) brand-new front door and double garage doors. Quick...
