I've been looking into how to deal with some varnished windows which are failing quite badly.
It seems the method is to remove all the varnish with a carbide scraper, bleach the black spots and start again.
Would folks agree this is the method - or has something simpler turned up (she says hopefully!)
And any suggestions for waterbased product after that?
