Evening all. Received a painful enqyiry today. Please don't tell me to drop it before I even see it.....you are right !! In a nutshell it's 3 empty bedrooms,family sleeping downstairs. It sounds as if it's been totally screwed. By a plasterer..... by a " painter" with a spray kit ( on day rate, who arr at 9am, had to pop out to buy some tools!!!!!! And left at 2pm , tired!!! )..... then by 3 'friends' who had to sand it all down ( DONT ASK, I don't know either!!)
