Damp Stain.

I have a kitchen to paint next week, its a old farmhouse with a long history, the exterior brick walls where treated by me with a breathable waterproof cream to sort the issue, hopefully the damp has stopped or reduced.

I have used a blackfiar damp stop product but it really stinks takes days to dry, requires a few coats and is unsuitable for the task.

Can anyone recommend a product that designed for damp and staining, the area is no more than 1 meter squared on a plastered wall.
