An empty house, no eggshells to tread on,heating on low,all other trades done, radio on, kettle on a plenty
Strip ceiling & walls prep/ line and 2 cts macs matt on ceilings
2 cts crown clean extreme magi walls, 2 cts satin on w/work
Does,nt get any easier than this,may even get paid on time ...i need to...!
