Just watched Alan Bennetts true story ,"The lady in the van" on tv. IMO not to be missed.........but.... there is something extra. Maggie Smith playing the old lady. Again, only my opinion but for me it was genius at work. If I was a pro actor I would take an overdose as there would be no hope of getting near this level if Iworked another 100 years. Try to catch it, remembering, it's true.
