Mould as a health issue.....

Hi all. Answered an invite to quote today in a housing assoc property. I've never seen so much black mould . The place wasn't cold on its walls or damp, but felt ' stuffy' . I'm thinking lack of ventilation, steamy cooking , ditto showers. Cleanliness was ok, not one of those where you want to heave!
The mould was v v heavy on the shower ceiling of course...walls tiled. Rest of the flat was only mouldy in corners, very bad woodwork.
I'm thinking saying no thanks, something I've only done...
