Been meaning to start this thread for a little while.. ok 4 months to be exact but thought i'd make the effort.
Hopefully there are a few here that wouldn't mind sharing some recipes, can be something quite simple or that killer dish.
I'll start with some quick and simple favorites of mine. And being Italian you can guess. Hopefully i'll throw a few chefs tips in you may or may not know:dontknow:
