I'm now a ft self employed decorator that works good hours and stops for 45 mins for lunch. I've cut my hours and only do say 7 hours a day as I became ill from exhaustion a few months ago.
I still no longer have energy to do any training on the bike after work.
Does anybody else actually have anything left after work to exercise?
