I've been self-employed for 10 years now and i'm beginning to warm
to the idea of working with a second pair of hands. My brother is far from alien to a paint brush but not qualified however with guidance and patience i believe his hard work ethic and standards would make us a good team not only on the tools but off them with paperwork and communications etc.
My question is..how do you know if you have enough work to support two? I'm currently booked until August 2017 and...
