cast iron interior spiral staircase

Evening all, got a cast iron spiral staircase to paint, they want a satin white finish, needs to be quick drying and hard wearing.

Thinking of using Rust-oleum combicolour, is this a satin finish? , never used it before.

Anyone else got any suggestions on what to use.
