£60-£100 per day types

On another forum that I often dip into there are regularly the I have hada price to redecorate my what ever room and its so much, then people say well that a rip off as I had this or that done and I paid £60 or so a day and the job was great. Where do they find these clowns and how can you work and live on £300 or so a week.
I don't think I live the high life but I want and get a damned site more than that but what worries me that we have to price against these muppets
